the composition is a mess, it seems like another one of those dumb group shots where everyone is randomly placed. everything seems to blend together because of the generic flesh-tone/everything being yellow and orange.

you also seem to be trying to pull off every character in a different style. that doesnt help at all. characters existing within the same piece drawn by the same person should look it. they also seem to be out of scale, which really doesnt make sense. it's just annoying really.

in the future please try to regard composition, placement, color theory, scale, and your natural style as dear friends and not things to intentionally avoid.
